Watches purchased on this website may be returned for any reason, within 14 days of the original sale date. They must be in original, sellable condition, without signs of use, and accompanied by all original packaging and contents. Items not meeting this condition may be declined and sent back to customer or accepted subject to an additional re-stocking charge. Bradstreet & Mohr, Dive King & Churchill London brands sold on this website are warranted by Bradstreet & Mohr™ against manufacturing and material defects and/or improper functioning for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the case of timekeeping accuracy, a variance of within +/- 45 seconds per day for mechanical watches when properly wound, and +/- 30 seconds per month for battery-powered watches is considered within normal range. Watches purchased from other retailers or points of sale may have different warranty terms. Please see retailers for any warranty information.
Defective watches will be repaired or replaced at our option, and this will not extend the original 1 year warranty. Watches must be accompanied by dated proof-of-purchase and returned only to our designated USA facilities at buyer expense. We have no responsibility for reimbursement of service performed by others. We do not assume any responsibility for packages lost, stolen or damaged during shipping to our facilities. So, we recommend carefully packaging and returning watches via trackable, insured shipping.
Crystals, straps, batteries and plated finishes are not covered. Watches damaged by accident, abuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or normal wear and tear are excluded. Watches damaged by water incursion from customer misuse shall void the warranty. (IE: Failure to secure the crown before water submersion, operation of pushers while submerged, or exceeding the dive rating.)
